I recently completed my MS in Management of Technology from NYU, with a focus on AI and product strategy. I’ve worked with retail startups and am excited to now bring that experience to US ENT. Outside of work, I enjoy working out, gaming, and exploring new cities.

Jeff Gallant brings 30 years of supply chain and procurement experience in the healthcare and technology industries. He is a current Operating Partner at WCAS, responsible for helping portfolio companies identify and implement operational improvement initiatives through a variety of cost management strategies. Jeff received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University and a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University.

Julia received her Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University.

Shereen Helly joined US ENT in 2025 as an Operations Analyst, bringing a strong background in data-driven decision-making and process optimization. She earned her bachelor’s degree in information technology and her Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of California, San Diego. Shereen has held various analytics roles, including business and marketing operations analyst positions, where she leveraged data to improve efficiency and performance. At US ENT, she applies her expertise in analytics to support strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Keith Matheny, M.D., FARS
M.D., FARS
Keith Matheny co-founded US ENT Partners in 2018, bringing nearly 20 years of experience as a practicing ENT physician. Dr. Matheny practices at Collin County ENT in Plano, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Baylor University and his Medical Doctorate from University of Texas-Houston. Dr. Matheny completed his residency at Vanderbilt University.
